About me and my therapy practice
I am client as well as goal focused, I do not offer a one size fits all type of therapy, I support you as a client and we work together towards an end goal.
With over 13 years of experience in various areas of mental health, I am equipped to help my clients overcome the challenges they are facing and I am committed in providing the highest quality of service to my clients.
Practice description
My practice is set in the beautiful Rhondda Valley, Pentre, which is just outside Treorchy.
The practice is at street level with nearby street parking, it is wheelchair accessible, however it doesn't have toilet facilities.
My first session
Your first session is used to set out our contract of working together and to make sure that you are happy before we start getting to work.
We discuss the reasons why you are seeking therapy and what you would like to gain.
This session is to help you settle in, getting use to the space, there are no intrusive questions asked.
