About me and my therapy practice

I work with people who are experiencing any kind of difficulty. I have worked for the NHS and in the Education service. I now work in private practice with individuals, young people, older adults. I am an experienced psychodynamic counsellor who qualified in 1996.

Practice description

I am a psychodynamic therapist. I adapt with other theoretical frameworks depending on the need of the individual. I offer face to face and online therapy sessions.

My first session

I offer a free first session to enable the individual to feel comfortable before they decide if my practice is suitable .
