Sessions are held online, making it easy to connect from your own home, office, or private setting where you won’t be overheard.
I offer counselling Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm (UK time). My aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can talk freely and begin to make sense of what’s happening in your life.
If you contact me and I’m unable to reply straight away, please leave a message on my phone, WhatsApp, or by email — I’ll respond as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours on weekdays.
I take occasional breaks during the year for rest and professional development and will always let you know in advance to ensure continuity of support.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can talk openly about whatever is troubling you right now and begin to make sense of what’s happening in your life. My approach is grounded in empathy and respect, helping you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.
As a humanistic integrative counsellor and Â鶹Դ´-accredited therapist, I draw from different counselling approaches to suit your individual needs. This flexible way of working allows us to focus on what feels most important for you — whether that’s managing anxiety, coping with stress, improving relationships, or understanding patterns that hold you back.
My work brings together psychological and spiritual perspectives with mindfulness and meditation. It’s a holistic approach that supports deeper personal growth, balance, and self-awareness. I also integrate elements of my Tree of Life model — a framework that helps clients understand the connection between mind, body, and spirit in their healing process.
I see therapy as a collaborative journey — one that helps you strengthen your sense of self, build emotional resilience, and bring more understanding and calm into your daily life.
Sessions are held online, so you can access support easily from your own home, office, or private setting.
Practice description
My counselling practice is fully online, designed to provide flexibility and privacy for clients wherever they are based. Sessions take place through a secure video platform and last 50 minutes. Most clients attend weekly, though frequency can be adjusted depending on need and progress.
You can expect a calm, respectful, and supportive environment where you can speak freely and be heard without judgment. We begin by exploring what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. From there, our work unfolds naturally, helping you develop clarity, emotional balance, and new ways of approaching challenges.
I work with adults facing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and periods of change or uncertainty. Some clients seek help with a specific concern, while others come for ongoing personal growth and reflection.
My integrative approach combines humanistic, relational, and mindfulness-based methods within a holistic framework that includes psychological and spiritual perspectives. I also draw on my Tree of Life model — a structured way of understanding personal development through the interconnection of psychological insight, emotional healing, and spiritual growth.
My first session
Your first session is an opportunity for us to meet and explore what has brought you to counselling. It’s a gentle introduction to the process, where you can talk freely about your situation and ask any questions you may have. There’s no pressure to commit — it’s a space for you to get a sense of how we might work together.
We’ll discuss what you’d like to focus on, your hopes for therapy, and any concerns you may have about starting. This helps me understand your needs and begin to shape an approach that feels right for you.
I’ll also explain how sessions work in practical terms, including confidentiality, scheduling, and payment. All sessions are held online through a secure video platform, allowing you to connect comfortably from your own home, office, or private setting.
Many clients find that even the first session offers some relief, simply by having space to be heard and understood.

You’re welcome to get in touch to check my current availability or ask any questions before starting.
When I take time away from practice, I always let supervisees know in advance so we can plan around it together.
About me and my therapy practice
My supervision approach is collaborative and reflective, providing a calm, supportive space where you can explore your client work, professional challenges, and personal development as a practitioner.
I work integratively, drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, and humanistic perspectives. This allows each supervision session to be responsive to your individual needs, supporting both clinical insight and professional growth. Together, we’ll look at what’s emerging in your work — strengths, stuck points, and learning edges — in a way that feels safe, respectful, and constructive.
Alongside contemporary supervision methods, I also bring a deeper, reflective dimension, encouraging awareness of the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Many supervisees find this approach helps them develop clarity, confidence, and a more grounded sense of their therapeutic identity.

I offer a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can reflect on your client work and professional development. My approach is humanistic integrative, drawing from person-centred and psychodynamic perspectives while encouraging open dialogue and collaborative reflection.
Supervision provides an opportunity to explore client dynamics, ethical challenges, and self-awareness, helping you strengthen confidence, clarity, and professional identity. I also bring a psychological and spiritual perspective, which many find supportive in developing depth and balance in their practice.
All sessions are held online, offering flexibility and comfort from your own home, office, or private setting.
My first session
The first supervision session is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss your background, and explore what you’re looking for in supervision. It’s also a chance to see how we might work together and whether my approach feels like a good fit for your needs.
We’ll talk about your current client work, any areas you’d like to focus on, and how you’d like to use supervision — whether for reflection, professional growth, or personal support in your practice.
This initial session also allows us to agree on practical details such as session frequency, structure, and boundaries.
