About me and my therapy practice
I have over 10 years experience working as a supervisor, having qualified in 2012. I am a Â鶹Դ´ Senior Accredited practitioner, a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA(P)) and a qualified trainer and supervisor ((TSTA(P)).
My original training in 2004 was in Transactional Analysis, using person-centred skills. Since then I have undertaken lots of other training, have qualified as a supervisor and have developed my creativity and style further. I now describe myself as an integrative, humanistic, creative practitioner and supervisor.
Practice description
I work with both individuals and small groups (max 4) offering supervision to help you strengthen your practice ethically, expand your clinical understanding and give you a space to share the impact of your work so that you don't burn out.
As with other aspects of my work I like to work creatively where appropriate, as I believe that this can help us bring to our conscious minds what we already unconsciously know. This can be particularly helpful in supervision.
My first session
In the first supervision session I will ask questions about you and your practice, so that we can work out together what you want, your level of experience and how I can help you.

Anxiety, Bereavement, Cancer, Depression, Eating disorders, Health related issues, Identity issues, Infertility, Loss, Obsessions, Phobias, Post-traumatic stress, Redundancy, Relationships, Self esteem, Self-harm, Sex-related issues, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Stress, Trauma, Women's issues, Work related issues
