About me and my therapy practice
Highly experienced counsellor (20+ yrs) providing a warm and confidential space. A limited number of reduced-fee spaces available upon request.
Hello and welcome,
With over 20 years’ experience, I’ve supported people from all walks of life across a wide range of issues, including anxiety, low mood, past trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is flexible and integrative—tailored to meet your unique needs and shaped by what you bring. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.
Life can bring moments that feel overwhelming, uncertain, or too heavy to carry alone. Counselling provides a calm, confidential space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening. It’s a space for support, understanding, and meaningful change.
I offer sessions online (Zoom or FaceTime), by phone, or in person, depending on what feels right for you. This flexibility allows therapy to fit your life while still giving you a safe space to explore what matters most.
Getting started
I offer a free initial phone consultation, giving you the chance to share a little about what’s going on, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
I’d be very happy to hear from you.

How I work:
As a person-centred/integrative counsellor, I believe deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the importance of honouring your unique journey. My first session
Free 20min. phone consultation
The first thing I would recommend would be a brief phone conversation.
This will give you the opportunity to tell me a bit about the issue you would like to process as well as ask me any questions you might have about counselling and how I work as a practitioner.
Sessions for individuals:
Your sessions will last for 50min. during which we will discuss your issue and explore the underlying causes without judgement but with an open mind. This new insight and practical tools will help you to look for new ways of managing problems more effectively. We will work together at a pace that suits you to support an affirmative and holistic process for any positive change to be lasting.
Sessions for couples:
Sessions will last for up to 60min. Couples often find themselves stuck in a lonely or even opposing positions to one another with communication at a low point.
