About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Liz.
I am a Â鶹Դ´-accredited integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with over 11 years’ experience supporting adults through a wide range of emotional and life challenges.
I provide a calm, supportive, and confidential space where you can speak openly about what is happening in your life. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or low mood, while others are struggling with relationship difficulties, past experiences, or uncertainty about the direction their life is taking.
Even those who appear to be coping well on the outside may feel exhausted, lonely, or unsure of themselves. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and gain insight into what is happening beneath the surface.
I work in a trauma-informed way, meaning therapy moves at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Together, we explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, helping you build clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
My Background
Before training as a therapist, I worked in criminal justice and health and social care management. These roles gave me insight into the pressures people face in demanding environments and how they affect wellbeing. This experience informs my work with people experiencing workplace stress, burnout, and confidence challenges.
