I also work face-to-face from The Fisherrow Centre, South Street, Musselburgh, EH21 6AT ( daytime only)
I am available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, both daytime and evening.

About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming — anxiety, stress, depression, or self-doubt can affect our ability to enjoy life or feel confident in ourselves. You don’t have to face these feelings alone.
I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.
I aim to help you gain clarity, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
My background combines counselling, coaching, and mindfulness-based approaches, underpinned by an interest in Eastern philosophy and the practices of yoga and mindfulness, which have shaped both my personal and professional journey.

Practice description
My training is in Psychotherapeutic Therapy, which is an integrative model underpinned by Person-Centered.
I also incorporate my Coaching and Mindfulness training, which have been significant parts of my life for many years.
I believe there are many ways to help someone. The relationship between the client and the counsellor is an important factor for change to take place.
Being heard and feeling unconditionally accepted can help you uncover and share your deepest concerns.

I provide a blended approach that combines counselling, coaching, and mindfulness techniques.

My first session
I offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory session, which allows you to meet with me, ask questions, and assess whether I'm a good fit for working with you.
The first session will begin with a consultation, during which we can discuss any concerns or expectations you may have about therapy.
To begin, I suggest scheduling weekly appointments, if possible. This can help you understand the work. I am also happy to follow whatever you feel is right for you.
