About me and my therapy practice
As a qualified and experienced psychotherapist, I offer a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment.
I believe the setting for therapy is very important and should feel comfortable and welcoming. Sessions take place in a quiet, private, and relaxed room where you can feel at ease sharing whatever may be troubling you.
My approach is grounded in the core conditions of person-centred therapy. I am also trained in Transactional Analysis and relational couples therapy, which inform my work. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and that this can happen through a collaborative therapeutic relationship where we explore your experiences together. Transactional Analysis can help uncover past experiences and patterns, and how these may be influencing your life and relationships today.
I have worked with individuals and couples from a wide range of backgrounds and with many different challenges, and I welcome clients whatever difficulties they may be facing. Couples work is a particular passion of mine. I work with couples of all genders, identities, and backgrounds, at any stage of their relationship—whether dating, partnered, or married—and whatever has brought you to consider therapy.
Facing difficulties in a relationship can feel daunting and may bring up feelings of vulnerability or uncertainty. However, most relationships experience challenges at some point, and seeking therapy can be a positive and constructive step towards creating the relationship you both want.
My role is to create a safe and supportive space where both partners feel heard and understood. Through this process, couples often develop a deeper understanding of each other and strengthen their ability to communicate more openly and effectively.

About me and my therapy practice
I have been working as a therapist now for over 15 years and have a particular interest in working with couples.
Difficulties in our essential, intimate relationships are some of the most common causes of unhappiness in our lives. This can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression and shame. Our sense of self worth is affected and often our health can suffer.
Therapy can help you and your partner to understand the conflict in your relationship and help develop new skills in overcoming destructive patterns of relating to one another.
I welcome all couples and am passionate about the value of relationship therapy in facilitating better communication and intimacy. I am a member of the Couples Inner Circle based in America where I am able to attend trainings and share ideas with other relationship therapists around the world, enabling me to continuously update the way I work. I have recently integrated EFT and RLT methods into my approach and am passionate about sharing these with my couples.
It is important to find a therapist that both you and your partner feel comfortable with and I am happy to meet for a free half hour session to discuss the therapy on offer and answer any questions you have.
My first session
In the first session, I will take some information from you both and listen to what you feel is happening in the relationship. From there you can decide if you would like us to work together.

As a qualified and experienced integrative psychotherapist, I offer a friendly, confidential and non-judgemental approach allowing you the space to explore your feelings in a supportive environment.
I believe the setting for therapy is really important and should feel comfortable and welcoming. The hour long sessions are held in a quiet, relaxed and private room allowing you to feel comfortable sharing any struggles with me.
I adhere to the core conditions of person centred therapy and use primarily Transactional Analysis, person centred and imago therapy. I believe that each person has the ability to change and this happens when we work together to explore what you bring.
I have worked with individuals and couples facing different troubles and welcome clients whatever the struggle may be. From feelings of anxiety and depression to problems in your marriage or relationship.
Each person or couple has an individual way of experiencing his or her own difficulties and counselling can be the first step in making sense of things.
Finding the right therapist for you is key to the success of counselling, so I am happy to answer any questions you may have Via email or on the phone prior to our first meeting.
I am a qualified supervisor and oversee the work of other qualified counsellors as well as students. I also work as a Personal development tutor on counselling skills courses.
