About me and my therapy practice

My name is Janet and I have been working in the counselling space for the past ten years. I offer a non judgmental safe space for you to explore whatever is going on in life for you at that moment.

I have experience working within a doctor's surgery, a prison and with a charity specialising in working with people with long term health conditions, as well as the private sector.

It can be hard to open up about life鈥檚 struggles and its not always easy to know where to start. I will give you a space to be able to talk freely and openly about anything you may be struggling with.

I work with clients from many backgrounds. Diversity and inclusion are very important to me to make everyone feel welcome and included.

Practice description

I am a fully qualified counsellor with a BA (Hons) Degree in integrative counselling. I can offer both long and short term work to suit your needs.

I currently am only able to offer sessions using zoom

My first session

All sessions including the first one are 50mins long

Prior the the first session I do ask you to fill in a form with some basic details and information which we then cover in our first session
