About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in working with Addiction – Alcohol, Drugs, Sex, and Pornography – helping clients understand the emotional and psychological roots of their behaviour. My approach is structured, integrative, and collaborative. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Coaching, and Person-Centred Therapy, adapting the process to each client’s needs.
I work bilingually in English and Russian with clients across the UK, Europe, and internationally. I also work with The Kusnacht Practice in Switzerland, supporting individuals in high-end residential and aftercare programmes.
My work is grounded in compassion, clarity, and accountability. Clients often come to me feeling stuck, ashamed, or disconnected, and through our sessions, begin to rebuild trust in themselves. We explore not only what sustains the addiction, but what may lie beneath it – unresolved trauma, unmet needs, or emotional dysregulation.
Recovery is not simply about stopping a behaviour but understanding what purpose it once served, and learning healthier, sustainable ways to meet those needs. Together, we develop practical tools, strengthen self-awareness, and build a plan for lasting change.
Practice description
My practice offers a clear and structured process. We begin with a four-session assessment phase exploring your history, patterns, trauma, ADHD, emotional regulation, and well-being. At the end of this phase, you receive a written summary and plan outlining what we’ve discovered and the agreed focus for ongoing work.
Each client receives a secure personal profile on my Practice platform. All session notes, reflections, and communications – including handouts, homework, and resources – are shared through this protected client portal. All data is stored securely on NHS-approved systems, in line with UK GDPR and the Â鶹Դ´ Ethical Framework regarding confidentiality and data protection.
Each 60-minute session is £125, or £500 for the four-session block with written feedback. In the last 2.5 years, I’ve delivered over 3,000 live online sessions, maintaining a 4.9/5 client rating, reflecting my commitment to reliability, presence, and effective support.
Where appropriate, I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team – psychiatrists, GPs, and medical specialists – to ensure treatment is safe, effective, and holistic.
My first session
I offer the first session free of charge, and it lasts as long as needed for us to establish whether we can work effectively together. This session helps us discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and decide whether my structured approach fits your needs.
During this first meeting, your personal client profile will also be created. It serves as your secure space for ongoing communication, access to handouts, reflective materials, and progress tracking. All notes and shared content remain strictly confidential, stored on NHS-approved software in compliance with UK GDPR and the Â鶹Դ´ Ethical Framework.
There is no obligation to continue, but if we both agree to proceed, you can begin with the four-session programme (£500 total), which includes a written assessment and plan for change.
All sessions last 60 minutes and are conducted online via secure video link. My policy is transparent – no hidden fees, no penalties for rescheduling, and full refunds for unused sessions.
For many clients, this initial conversation marks the first step toward genuine recovery and clarity.

Availability
I currently have availability for new clients and offer sessions Monday to Friday, with some limited evening appointments available upon request. All sessions are delivered online via secure video link, providing flexibility and confidentiality for clients based in the UK or abroad.
Appointments are typically scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (UK time), and I aim to accommodate different time zones for international clients whenever possible.
I respond to all enquiries personally and usually within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). If you do not receive a reply within that time, please check your spam folder or send a brief WhatsApp message to ensure your enquiry has reached me.
When I am unavailable – for example, during short breaks or professional assignments abroad – I post my out-of-office dates in advance and offer clients the option to:
- Reschedule before or after my absence
- Receive alternative therapist recommendations if ongoing support is required during that period
All communication between sessions, including homework, handouts, and resources, continues through the secure client profile on my Practice platform. This ensures continuity of care and safe storage of all materials.
Clients can expect a transparent and reliable service – no hidden fees, no penalties for rescheduling, and full refunds for any unused sessions.
If you are considering starting therapy, please reach out for a free introductory session. It’s a chance for us both to decide whether this feels like the right therapeutic partnership before beginning formal work together.
About me and my therapy practice
I work as a Personal Consultant, integrating counselling and coaching to help clients gain clarity, direction, and balance in their personal and professional lives. My approach combines the depth of therapy with the structure of coaching- enabling change at both the emotional and practical level.
I work bilingually in English and Russian, supporting professionals across the UK, Europe, and internationally. Many of my clients seek support when they feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, or uncertainty about next steps in work, relationships, or purpose.
Drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Coaching Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Person-Centred principles, I tailor each process to the client’s goals. The work is collaborative, transparent, and outcome-oriented, while maintaining the reflective depth needed for lasting change.
Sessions may focus on topics such as emotional regulation, imposter syndrome, life transitions, identity, or performance anxiety. At times, we work on resolving past difficulties; at others, we set measurable goals for the future. My role is to help you connect insight with action — to translate understanding into meaningful, sustainable change.
Practice description
My practice is designed for people who value both reflection and results. We start with a structured four-session foundation phase to explore your current challenges, values, strengths, and goals. From there, I provide a written summary and roadmap that helps you track progress and maintain focus.
Each client receives a secure personal profile on my Practice platform, where we share reflections, handouts, and practical tools between sessions. This space keeps all your materials organised and easily accessible, even after the work ends. All records are stored safely on NHS-approved systems, in full accordance with UK GDPR and the Â鶹Դ´ Ethical Framework.
I work online via a secure video link, with sessions available to clients in the UK and internationally. Each 60-minute session costs £125, or £500 for the initial four-session block, including your written plan.
My clients often describe this work as both grounding and energising. By integrating therapeutic understanding with forward planning, we develop emotional resilience, clearer decision-making, and renewed purpose — allowing you to create change that feels both intentional and authentic.
My first session
The first session is free of charge and lasts as long as needed to get a sense of whether we are the right fit to work together. This meeting is an opportunity to talk about what brings you here, your hopes for the process, and what kind of support would feel most useful.
During this session, I also create your personal client profile within the Practice platform- a secure online space for notes, reflections, and resources. This portal allows us to share exercises, track goals, and stay connected between sessions.
If we agree to continue, we begin with the four-session foundation phase (£500 total), which includes your written summary and plan for development. Subsequent sessions are £125 per hour and can continue weekly, fortnightly, or flexibly as needed.
All communication and data are handled with the highest confidentiality, following Â鶹Դ´ guidelines, UK GDPR, and using NHS-approved systems for security.
My work is transparent- no hidden fees, no penalties for rescheduling, and full refunds for unused sessions. The first conversation is often the moment clients begin to see that clarity and change are possible.
