About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist with a MSc in Psychotherapy and 22 years experience. I will both give you CBT toolset help you manage today and help you understand what is underneath your current difficulty to ensure it doesn't keep returning.
Working with me, we will unpack with purpose, leading to transformative insight. Let’s get you unstuck.
Let’s help you feel a real connection between the inside of you and the outside. Working online we begin with an optional mindfulness breathing space, to help deepen the session and teach you a tool to take with you. Manage your own anxiety with me by understanding why you need it. Feel the change in your body, your sleep and your mind. Watch panic attacks disappear. Make space for your grief and loss. Understand who you have been in your relationship to yourself and others and how you want to be. We will bridge the gap together. Come as you are. Leave as you want to be.
With specific training in Anxiety, depression, cancer recovery, sexual abuse, bereavement, parenting, divorce, walking life solo and sexual identity, we will uncover the meaning you are seeking, the loss you are feeling and the intention with which you want to live. Change begins today.

About me and my therapy practice
The relationship you make in therapy defines its outcome. The more you trust, the better the fit between us, the better the work will be.
It's hard to start therapy but it can be life changing. And that change can begin after 6 weeks, not 6 years.
I have particular training and experience in working with anxiety and all its many faces. It's there to protect you but it is limiting you and what you want to do and be. Let's shine a light of understanding on it, turn down its grip and free you enough to begin new things you are yearning to discover, about yourself, the world or someone else.
I am trained to work with depression, bereavement and loss, in all its guises, including loss from suicide. I can help you understand the myriad of emotions that can happen in the space of 5 minutes, that can leave you unsure how to manage the world and your place in it.
I am trained in ADHD management of emotions, and the confusion arising from not understanding the unspoken assumptions everyone else seems to see.
I am trained in Emotionally focused therapy for relationships. This means I can help you understand the gap between who you are in a relationship with another, and who you want to be, why it's there and how to close it.

We would 'meet' weekly, or fortnightly on Zoom or phone (your preference) for 50 minute sessions at the same time each week, depending on how indepth you need our work to be. Sessions are mornings or early afternoons. You can fit our work into your working day from the comfort of your home.
