I am a Â鶹ԭ´´-accredited therapist with over 20 years of professional experience providing therapeutic support. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with children and young people with complex needs, while also supporting adults and older adults across a range of settings.

My experience includes working within the National Health Service as part of an IAPT team, as well as in schools and various community-based services. I currently work with children and young people with complex and special educational needs through Barnardo's, and I also provide counselling for adults and young people through Arc Counselling Service.

I am committed to offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings. I believe it is essential to tailor the counselling approach to meet your individual needs, ensuring that you feel supported and understood throughout the therapeutic process.

In addition, I incorporate play and creative approaches, including art-based techniques, when working with children under 12 to help them express themselves in ways that feel natural and comfortable.

Fees

£55 day time appointment 

£65 after 4pm evening 

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If I receive notice of cancellation more than 24 hours before appointments there is no charge, but for less than 24 you will be charged the full fee, and the full fee for sessions unattended without notice.

Also debt management counselling available and work based counselling. Please ask for availability for appointments.

I offer a 10-15min call to discuss your needs for counselling before booking your first session. This is optional because I understand some people do not like to talk on the phone and are happy to just to book.
