Availability
I am running a ten week Gestalt Personal Development group starting on Friday 26th September 2025, running every Friday afternoon between 1.30pm and 3pm, until 28th November 2025 in Crystal Palace.
This group offers the opportunity for you to experience what happens in a Gestalt therapy/process group. It’s a supportive space in which you can explore personal issues alongside other people who also want to understand themselves better.
About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced Gestalt trainer and Clinical Supervisor, I work with groups to raise awareness of your patterns and processes within a group setting.
Group process is a powerful and exciting way to understand more about how you relate to others, building connections, and gaining awareness of what holds you back in developing and sustaining meaningful and long term relationships.
Practice description
As the facilitator, I will be working with the group to explore contact and awareness, bringing in Gestalt concepts to foster creativity and explore group process and dynamics. This will be a space where you can explore the patterns you have developed for dealing with your life and decide whether these strategies have outlived their usefulness, and work with what are sometimes experienced as ‘difficult’ emotions, anger, fear, sadness, guilt, shame, etc. It is an opportunity for you to develop greater awareness about yourself, your relationships, and how you are in groups, supporting you on both professional and personal levels. It is a place for curiosity, connection, support and challenge, enhancing interpersonal and communication skills.
My first session
The self-funded fees are £200, with an early bird offer of £175 if you pay in full before Monday 14th July 2025.
Sponsored or funded applications are priced at £300; with an early bird offer of £275 if paid in full before Monday 14th July 2025.
I also offer concessions rates of £150 for applicants who are full time students, on low incomes or are unemployed, and for those with disabilities.
Please contact me to request an application form and to ask any questions that you may have.
It is possible to pay in instalments.
