About me and my therapy practice
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and attachment-based, tailored for executives, entrepreneurs, and high-achievers in Central London, Oxford Circus, and the West End. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, or loneliness, helping them regain clarity, resilience, and authentic connection in their personal and professional lives.
I provide a safe, confidential space to explore how past experiences, including family trauma or difficult relationships, continue to influence your current patterns, decisions, and emotional wellbeing. Many clients feel disconnected from themselves or others, stuck in cycles of overwork, over-functioning, or relational dissatisfaction.
Alongside relational and attachment-focused work, I integrate somatic awareness, helping you notice how trauma and stress are expressed in your body. This supports nervous-system regulation, emotional stability, and a stronger sense of safety in relationships and high-pressure work environments. We can also use the arts and creative tools to support and deepen out explorations.
My work is collaborative and tailored. Together, we identify what is no longer serving you, develop healthier relational patterns, and build strategies for managing stress and emotional overwhelm. I support clients seeking trauma therapy, counselling for anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, or loneliness in Central London, helping them move from survival mode to a more grounded, balanced, and fulfilling life.
Practice description
I am a trauma-informed, relational psychotherapist based in Central London, near Oxford Circus and the West End, specialising in supporting executives, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving professionals. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, or loneliness, as well as those carrying unresolved family or relational trauma that affects performance, confidence, and wellbeing.
Many high-performing clients feel the pressure to maintain appearances while hiding exhaustion, emotional overwhelm, or dissatisfaction. These patterns often affect relationships, self-esteem, and the ability to connect authentically. My work focuses on helping you understand how past family experiences, attachment patterns, and relational stress shape your current life, and how these influences can be transformed.
I use relational, attachment-based psychotherapy with somatic awareness, helping you notice how stress and trauma are held in the body and how your nervous system responds under pressure. This approach supports emotional regulation, clarity, and resilience, enabling you to manage high-pressure work and personal life more effectively.
With over 15 years’ experience in the NHS, charities, and private practice, I provide a confidential and compassionate space for trauma therapy, counselling for anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and loneliness, and relational healing in Central London. My aim is to help you reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and build more secure, fulfilling relationships both professionally and personally.
My first session
Your first 1–3 sessions take place in my private practice in Central London, near Oxford Circus and the West End, offering a structured and supportive introduction to therapy. These sessions are designed for executives, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving professionals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, or loneliness, or seeking support for unresolved family or relational trauma.
Before the first session, you’ll complete a brief intake questionnaire, helping me understand your history, emotional patterns, and the challenges affecting your work and relationships. Many clients arrive feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure how therapy can help — these initial sessions provide a safe space to explore these experiences without pressure.
You will experience my relational, trauma-informed, and somatic approach, noticing how stress and past experiences show up in the body and influence emotional responses. We will discuss how therapy can help you manage emotional overwhelm, regulate stress, strengthen resilience, and build healthier relational patterns.
At the end of this exploratory phase, we reflect on whether ongoing therapy feels right for you, discuss the recommended frequency of sessions, and determine whether short-term focus or longer-term trauma work is most appropriate. These sessions provide clarity, grounding, and the first steps toward sustainable change. All initial sessions are charged at my standard rate.

About me and my therapy practice
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational and attachment-based psychotherapy, with a focus on how early experiences and family dynamics shape your emotional world and relationship patterns. I support clients in Golders Green (NW11) and across North London and North West London who are struggling with family trauma, relational difficulties, anxiety, chronic stress, burnout or a sense of feeling unseen or disconnected.
I offer a calm and reflective space where we explore how your past influences your present. Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed in their relationships, stuck in familiar patterns, or unsure how to express their needs. Together, we look at how attachment wounds, emotional neglect or painful relational experiences may have shaped your expectations of others, your boundaries, your coping strategies and your sense of self.
Alongside relational and attachment-focused work, I integrate somatic awareness, helping you notice how stress and trauma show up in the body and how your nervous system responds in moments of pressure, conflict or vulnerability. This can support you to regulate more effectively, feel safer in relationships, and develop a deeper sense of internal stability.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your pace. I pay close attention to the therapeutic relationship as a source of safety, insight and change. Over time, our work can help you understand your emotional patterns, strengthen your capacity for connection, and move towards relationships that feel more secure, authentic and supportive. We can also use creative tools to support our work to delve into more depth of our explorations.
I offer a consistent, compassionate and professional space for trauma therapy, attachment-focused counselling and relational healing in NW11 and surrounding North London areas.
Practice description
Trauma-Informed Integrative Psychotherapy and Arts Psychotherapy Practice in Golders Green, NW11
I am a trauma-informed, relational psychotherapist based in Golders Green (NW11), offering psychotherapy and counselling across North West London and North London. I specialise in family trauma, attachment wounds and relational trauma, and work with high-performing professionals—entrepreneurs, executives and home-working leaders—who feel burnt out, disconnected or unseen despite outward success.
Many of my clients feel lonely and pressured to hide parts of themselves to cope with work or relationship demands, yet struggle with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, conflict in relationships or feeling burnout. For many, early family experiences—such as emotionally distant, critical or unpredictable caregivers, or exposure to dysfunctional or abusive dynamics—continue to shape how they relate, trust and form connections in adult life.
My approach is grounded in attachment-based and relational psychotherapy, supported by somatic awareness. I help clients understand how trauma affects the body, how past attachment patterns repeat in the present, and how strengthening nervous-system regulation can bring more safety, clarity and emotional balance. Therapy offers space to explore what no longer works, develop healthier boundaries, and build relationships that feel more secure and fulfilling. When feelings are hard to put into words we can also use the arts and creative tools to explore them.
With over 15 years’ experience in the NHS, charities and private practice, I offer a confidential and compassionate space for trauma therapy, counselling and relational healing in NW11 and surrounding North London areas. My work is collaborative and tailored to your needs, supporting you to reconnect with yourself, understand your relational patterns, and move towards a more grounded and authentic self.
My first session
Your first 1–3 sessions take place in my confidential practice in Golders Green NW11, easily accessible from Hampstead, West Hampstead, North London and North West London and any station on the Northern line. These early sessions offer a calm, steady introduction to therapy, especially if you’re new to the process or unsure what to expect.
During the first sessions I'll ask you questions based on a brief intake questionnaire so I can understand your personal history, stress responses and any experiences of trauma, family difficulties or ongoing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, burnout or loneliness. Many of the clients I work with are high-achieving professionals who appear composed and capable on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected or emotionally exhausted inside. These early sessions help us explore how past experiences may still shape your current wellbeing and relationships.
During our time together, you can talk about what feels challenging without pressure to disclose more than you’re ready for. You’ll have space to ask questions and get a feel for my relational, trauma-informed and somatic approach. We may explore how your body responds under stress, how past attachment patterns influence current relationships, and what safety and regulation look like for you.
The aim of these sessions is to create clarity and a sense of being heard. At the end of this initial phase, we reflect together on whether continued therapy feels supportive. We will discuss the recommended frequency of sessions, whether short-term or long-term trauma therapy would meet your needs, and how we can structure the work to support deeper emotional healing, nervous-system regulation and meaningful change.
All first sessions are charged at my standard rate.
