I work Monday and Tuesday and am flexible about whether sessions are at a fixed time weekly or to fit in around work/ life schedules. Many clients come weekly or sometimes fortnightly to start with however I am happy to discuss what would be most helpful for each client. I now work via Zoom and so can see clients from anywhere in the UK -London , Manchester , Harrogate , Bradford and not only from Leeds.

About me and my therapy practice

As a Relate-trained counsellor, I offer a grounded, forward-thinking and non-directive approach to working with individuals and couples. My aim is to create a warm and compassionate space where you're genuinely heard—free from judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll explore your relationships, experiences and emotions at your pace, uncovering new insights and pathways for change.

Whether you're facing a life transition, struggling to communicate, feeling weighed down by anxiety or depression, or simply stuck in repeating patterns, I’m here to support you with curiosity, empathy and care.

Counselling via Zoom offers the same supportive, confidential and compassionate experience—only with greater flexibility and ease. Many clients appreciate the comfort of speaking from their own familiar space, without the travel or time constraints of in-person appointments. Sessions are just as focused, tailored and emotionally rich. In fact, many people find they’re able to open up more freely in a comfortable environment.

Whether you're an individual seeking clarity or a couple working through relationship challenges, online counselling offers you the chance to consider changes with support. 

Practice description

  Relationships can feel complicated—especially when past experiences and expectations begin to shape our present. You might be navigating a time of change or crisis, such as:

My first session

Most clients have an initial session which gives an opportunity to go into more detail about what they are dealing with and what is hoped for from the counselling. New clients can see that they feel comfortable working with me and get a taste of how I work. 

After that, they can decide what would be most helpful ongoing and can either book weekly sessions or work around family and work commitments
