Sessions are 60 minutes long, and I offer both in-person and online options to suit your needs.

I’m located just a short walk from Chigwell Station, with bus access and free parking available; within easy reach of Buckhurst Hill, Woodford, South Woodford, Loughton, Wanstead and surrounding areas.

Sessions are 60 minutes long, and I offer both in-person and online options to suit your needs.

I welcome adults seeking a warm, compassionate, and kind space to explore what matters most to them. Having worked with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and socioeconomic statuses, I value each individual's unique perspective and challenges: fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where you can feel understood, respected, and empowered.

I also assist with workplace stress and organisational change, drawing from my consultancy roles, which provided insight into organisational structures and dynamics.

Expat International Therapy

I support expatriates worldwide in navigating the challenges of living abroad—from adapting to new cultures and managing career or relocation changes, to handling visas, healthcare, and reintegration upon return home. I provide a supportive space to process experiences, build coping strategies, and find balance and well-being wherever they are transitioning in the world.

ADHD and Neurodiversity

My expertise in helping individuals with ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity is enriched by my own experiences, enabling me to offer compassionate and empathetic support. Creating a safe and supportive environment.



My first session

Our first session will be a 75-90-minute initial session. This session helps us gain deeper insight into what brings you to therapy at this time in your life.

You don't have to have it all figured out — bring yourself. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can feel safe to explore, grow and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.

• Assess our compatibility and explore your therapy goals

• Discuss how therapy can support you and address any limitations

• Set expectations and outline confidentiality and boundaries
