About me and my therapy practice
Holistic therapy for inner guidance and resilience.
I offer a quiet invitation to slow down, listen inwardly, and meet yourself with compassion. As a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, also accredited with the UKCP, I provide an integrative approach that honors the soul and spirituality in whatever form they take for you.
My practice blends traditional talking therapy with imagination, body awareness, and the wisdom of nature. Whether you are navigating anxiety, complex trauma, ADHD, substance misuse, or questions of identity and sexual expression, I provide a sanctuary for healing. I also specialize in supporting those facing grief, and end-of-life transitions—work deeply informed by my 25 years as a Specialist Palliative Care Nurse.

I have practiced as a therapist for fifteen years. I am proud to work with a diverse spectrum of adult clients across a wide range of ages, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexualities.

Practice description
60min sessions. Weekly or bi-weekly.
I work medium or long term depending on client’s need and ability. Sessions take place at home in a peaceful environment, online or by telephone.
Sessions mix talking therapy, body awareness, guided visualization, and basic creative expression such as drawing with crayons. This is tailored to your need and preference.
I adhere to Âé¶¹Ô´´ ethical framework and have regular clinical supervision.

Our initial meeting is a gentle space for us to get to know one another. We will explore what has brought you to therapy, discuss your goals, and see how my approach feels for you. There is no pressure to share everything at once; we move at a pace that feels safe and grounded for your nervous system.
