About me and my therapy practice

I have been a practising Counsellor for over 26 years and have been accredited since 2008. I worked for a OHU role for eleven years.

During my career I have dealt with most issues that a person enters into a counselling relationship with.

I am ex forces myself and have also worked in the emergancy services.

I now work on a part time basis as a sole Counsellor/ Therapist.

Practice description

I trained in Person Centred Counselling at Chester ( now University) .

I have also trained in EMDR and have experience with CBT and am ore eclectic in my work practice

I have experience of dealing with PTSD and have worked for a number of outside agencies, including addiction work.

My first session

Counselling is conducted confidentially, either online or at my home.

Clients often comment on what a relaxed environment it is.
