About me and my therapy practice
Past experiences of disappointment or emotional hurt can make it difficult to feel secure in relationships or confident in expressing your needs. You may find yourself avoiding closeness, second-guessing decisions, or worrying about disapproval from others. Therapy offers a space to explore these patterns with care and at a pace that feels manageable. Over time, we can work towards greater self-understanding, emotional safety, and confidence in relating to others. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you are met as you are.
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, drawing on different approaches to suit your needs. I work with people experiencing low self-esteem, unhelpful patterns, or relationship difficulties. Together, we explore how these patterns have developed and how they shape your relationship with yourself and others.
Choosing a therapist can feel overwhelming, which is why I offer a free 20-minute telephone call as an opportunity for you to talk through any questions you might have about therapy, prior to booking an initial session with me. Please feel free to contact me by phone or email.
Practice description
I am based in East London and online.
I see clients during the daytime and evening from Monday – Friday. I offer short-term and longer-term open-ended therapy, with each session taking place on a weekly basis and for 50 minutes.
My first session
In our initial session we will discuss your need for counselling, goals and answer any questions you have about the process of therapy. If you feel you want to go ahead then we would arrange a regular time to meet.
There is no obligation after our initial session to go ahead with counselling, some people may change their mind or feel that therapy is not for them and that is fine. In order for counselling to be successful, you have to be ready and willing to fully engage in the process.

About me and my therapy practice
With over 8 years’ experience as a qualified clinical supervisor, I’ve had the privilege of supporting counsellors and psychotherapists at all stages of their professional development. Trained in integrative supervision, I’m able to work creatively across different modalities, tailoring the process to best suit each individual and their way of working
I have had positive and negative experiences of supervision during my career as a counsellor and psychotherapist. Thankfully, the majority of my experiences have been positive. Supervision works best for me when the supervisor consistently applies the core conditions, which facilitates the building of trust in the relationship and creates a safe space where I can bring my thoughts, feelings, hopes, fears and concerns about my client work. I am grateful for the negative experiences of supervision, particularly those that came early on in my career. My expectations of supervision and the type of qualities I was looking for in a supervisor, soon became clear.
Practice description
I offer supervision to fully qualified counsellors/psychotherapists and students in training. Sessions can be fortnightly or monthly depending on the individual need. I will provide you with the right amount of support, encouragement and challenge to ensure that your clients receive the best care and that you continue to develop personally and professionally.
If you would like to find out more about how I work, or have any questions, please feel free to contact me by phone or email.
