About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited integrative psychotherapist with a special focus on relationship and couples therapy, ADHD, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal-oriented approach can help many clients achieve meaningful progress within just six sessions.
I combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic principles, and inner child work to support lasting change and emotional healing. You can expect a collaborative and structured experience—sessions may include personalised worksheets, recommended readings, and regular homework to help embed new insights and skills.
Whether you're facing communication difficulties in your relationship or struggling to reconnect with your sense of self, I’m here to support you.
Together, we’ll explore how past experiences—especially those from childhood—might be influencing your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. My integrative approach draws from Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, and Gestalt therapy to suit your individual needs.
I work with individuals, couples, and organisations.

I work the following hours:

About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced and accredited integrative psychotherapist with over 13 years of experience as a counsellor, and I also bring a background in business coaching. I offer clinical supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists, and trainees working in private practice, agencies, or training settings.
My supervision style is collaborative, reflective, and integrative—drawing on Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, Gestalt, and Inner Child approaches. I aim to create a safe and supportive space to explore client work, enhance clinical thinking, and maintain ethical and effective practice. My business coaching background also allows me to support supervisees navigating private practice management, ethical marketing, boundary-setting, and professional growth.
I have particular expertise in supervising work related to:
Couples and relationship therapy
ADHD
Anxiety and depression
Low self-esteem
Trauma and attachment issues
Practice description
As your clinical supervisor, I aim to provide a supportive, collaborative, and ethically grounded space where you feel safe to reflect on your clinical work, personal development, and professional identity.
You can expect:
A non-judgemental and reflective environment, where challenges can be explored openly and constructively.
A collaborative approach, where we work together to deepen clinical understanding, build on your strengths, and enhance your therapeutic skills.
Integration of theory and practice, drawing on a range of models including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, Gestalt, and Inner Child work.
Support with ethical dilemmas, safeguarding concerns, and complex client presentations.
Clear structure and consistency, including agreed goals, regular review points, and space to monitor your progress.
Practical support, especially if you are in private practice—covering topics like managing boundaries, self-care, marketing ethically, and building a sustainable practice.
Encouragement of your autonomy, confidence, and growth as a therapist, tailored to your modality, stage of career, and client base.
My goal is to help you feel resourced, confident, and continually developing in your work.
My first session
Our first supervision session will be an opportunity to get to know each other and establish a foundation for working together. During this initial meeting, we will discuss:
Your background: training, therapeutic approach, client work, and any previous supervision experience.
Your current practice: client load, settings you work in (e.g. private practice, agency), and any areas you find challenging or rewarding.
Supervision needs and goals: what you’re hoping to gain from supervision, areas you’d like to focus on, and how I can best support your development.
Preferred ways of working: including how you like to receive feedback, how we’ll handle ethical issues, and how you process clinical material.
Boundaries and expectations: such as confidentiality, cancellations, note-keeping, frequency of sessions, and working agreements.
Fit and readiness: space to ask questions, clarify anything about my approach, and assess whether we’re a good match professionally.
