I have flexible availability with both daytime and evening appointments offered.

I work predominantly online so see clients from all over the U.K.

I have availability on a Thursday daytime for face to face clients at the Yoga Den Buxton. 

About me and my therapy practice

Hi there,

My name is Caroline and I am a therapist for women. I have over a decade of experience supporting women to heal from stress, burnout, anxiety, people pleasing, low self esteem, and move from self criticism toward self compassion.

Starting therapy is a big and brave step. I鈥檝e worked as a therapist for a long time, and I鈥檝e also been a client myself, so I know just how nerve wracking it can feel to speak to someone new. I want you to know that your feelings are valid, and you are really worthy of support. Exploring therapy is a real act of self care.

I鈥檓 an integrative therapist and this means I have a number of different tools to pull from, I believe that the mind and body are connected and if it fits for the client use tools like meditation, breath work and journalling. I know that every client is an individual and their journey through therapy will be unique.

Practice description

My practice

In our sessions together, I will create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. We鈥檒l explore your feelings, gently process trauma, and support your healing and wellbeing.

A core value of mine is holding a safe, compassionate, and empowering space for you. I really care about my clients and pride myself on building a trusting relationship so you feel comfortable sharing your problems, fears, and the parts of you that feel most vulnerable. If you鈥檝e spent a lifetime shifting and changing yourself for fear of being too much or not enough, coming back to your true self can feel far away but it鈥檚 absolutely possible.

Through therapy, I鈥檓 here to support you to reconnect with your authentic self, to heal from stress, traumatic events, and move through life transitions so you can start feeling more like yourself again.
