About me and my therapy practice
I work with clients to identify and release unconscious patterns and inner blocks that limit their growth and affect their well-being. Through structured, supportive work, I help them develop greater self-awareness and shift their perspective on how they relate to their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.
This process supports lasting change. Clients often feel more connected to themselves and others, experience greater emotional balance, and respond to life with increased clarity rather than reactivity. As anxiety reduces and old triggers lose their power, clients report feeling more grounded, present, and resilient in their daily lives.
Life does not have to feel like a constant struggle. By living with awareness and intention, people can access their creative potential, make empowered choices, and experience life with greater ease and meaning.
My therapeutic work integrates Eastern wisdom with Western psychological approaches. I draw on Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Analytic, Gestalt, and CBT-informed therapy, tailoring each approach to meet the individual needs of the client.
My work places strong emphasis on awareness, inner wisdom, emotional insight, and the development of deeper empathy. I view every client as a unique individual, and I believe effective therapy requires a flexible, personalised blend of approaches rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
At the heart of my practice is the therapeutic relationship. A strong, trusting connection provides the foundation for clients to access their own inner resources, resilience, and capacity for change.
I also offer CBT integrated with talking therapy, which I have found to support deeper understanding and more sustainable outcomes than CBT alone.

Practice description
Working with me is a clear commitment to change. Therapy is an active and purposeful process, offering you the opportunity to understand and break long-standing patterns that may be limiting your wellbeing, relationships, or sense of direction.
You can expect a focused, supportive, and collaborative approach, tailored specifically to you. Our work will deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and support you in accessing your own inner resources to create meaningful change.
Sessions are both reflective and practical, combining insight with change-focused strategies. Where appropriate, I integrate CBT with talking therapy to support sustainable progress and long-term improvement.
My first session
How it works
To book a session, you are welcome to email or call me. I am happy to answer any questions you may have and help you decide whether therapy with me feels right for you.
Each session lasts 55 minutes. In our first session, we will go at your pace. I will explain confidentiality, answer any questions about the process, and talk through how I work. We will then begin to explore what has brought you to therapy in a supportive and respectful way.
In ongoing sessions, we continue to build a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in depth, looking at how they affect your daily life, relationships, and wellbeing. Sessions are both reflective and practical, supporting insight, emotional understanding, and meaningful change over time.
I take a holistic, 360-degree approach, allowing a full understanding of you as an individual. This enables me to tailor the therapy to your needs, helping you move forward with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.
