About me and my therapy practice
Choosing to begin therapy is a meaningful step. It offers time to pause, reflect, and speak freely about your inner and outer world in a confidential space where you are truly listened to. Together, we can explore what’s troubling you, where you feel stuck, and the changes you wish to make.
I offer both time limited and open-ended therapy, and welcome people from all walks of life, with a particular sensitivity to experiences of difference and otherness. Therapy can hold whatever feels important to you. Questions around identity, purpose, or direction can arise for anyone, regardless of how you move through the world.
I am here to support your well-being and vitality and commit to:
- bring my full attention, without judgment
- listen for what wants to be heard
- meet you where you are, moment by moment
- support change through gentle challenge and honest reflection
- honour the fullness of your identity—however it is felt, lived, or named.
Practice description
As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of perspectives - psychodynamic, person-centred, relational, somatic, transpersonal and creative. We might look at how past experiences show up in the present, how your body holds emotion or memory, or how symbolic imagery, metaphor, dreams or nature speak to your inner life. The dynamic between us is part of the work, offering a space for new relational possibilities to emerge.
My practice is rooted in respect, and open to the multiplicity of who you are. That includes your orientation, gender, relationship constellation, neurotype, ability, cultural identity, spiritual beliefs, and background. We can explore how you express and experience yourself if and when it feels right - knowing it does not have to be the centre of our work unless you want it to be. This is a space for all who are navigating questions of identity, relationship, and being in the world. Our work together honours all dimensions of your experience—known, unknown, evolving.
I hold a deep commitment to inclusion—not as a statement of values, but as a lived, relational practice. My own identity, shaped by a mixed heritage and lived experience of fluidity, gives me an embodied understanding of what it means to move through the world with difference, to find belonging where it may not be given, and to make space for nuance.
My first session
We begin with a free 30-minute introductory call. It’s a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see if it’s the right fit - there’s no pressure to continue.
If we choose to work together, sessions are weekly, last 50 minutes, and usually take place at the same time each week. We might agree on a set number of sessions or keep things open and review along the way.

Practice description
We’ll attend to the full complexity of your work: looking at what’s arising - whether that’s a dynamic with a client, a sense of disconnection, a stuck place or a moment of transformation. Sessions offer containment, support and shared inquiry. I aim to meet you where you are, with honesty and care.Supervision is a confidential, collaborative process that supports reflection, insight and ongoing development
- offering a place to think through your work, explore challenges, and stay connected to what matters.
- inviting curiosity about both the practical and less visible aspects of practice—intuition, relationship, and the patterns that quietly influence how we work.
- supporting sustainable practice, openness to learning, and the self-awareness needed to meet others with care and integrity.
