One to one Counselling:
It鈥檚 common to feel anxious or unsure about the direction of your life. You may also find yourself struggling to understand some of your thoughts, emotions, or behaviours. Often, we naturally suppress what we deem as "unacceptable" or painful thoughts and experiences, hoping they鈥檒l fade away. However, these unresolved feelings often resurface, affecting our self-worth and relationships.
During difficult times, there鈥檚 often pressure to 鈥渂e strong鈥 or to 鈥渕ove on鈥 quickly. But what does being "strong" truly mean? How can you feel strong when you're not sure how to cope? This is where counselling comes in 鈥 to help you make sense of your feelings and find your own answers.
Whatever has brought you to seek therapy, I am here to offer a confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings.

About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for visiting my website. I am a qualified and accredited Integrative Counsellor & Supervisor here in London. Relationship & Couples Therapy
Relationship & Counselling therapy offers a supportive space to explore and improve how you relate to one another whether you鈥檙e in a romantic partnership, co-parenting, navigating a chosen family, or part of a non-traditional relationship structure. When communication breaks down or dynamics become challenging, an independent therapist can help everyone involved understand what鈥檚 happening and look at ways to resolve the issues negatively impacting the relationship.
Many relationships begin with attraction, shared values, and a strong connection. Over time as individuals grow and change differences can emerge, and finding balance isn鈥檛 always easy. Some challenges are a natural part of being in a relationship and can be managed without therapy. Other issues may feel more complex, persistent, or emotionally charged. In these situations, Relationship & Couples therapy can offer clarity, perspective, and practical tools to help you move towards the relationship you would like.
Relationship therapy can support communication, trust, conflict resolution, emotional connection, or simply creating space to grow and strengthen your relationship. You don鈥檛 have to wait for a crisis, relational therapy can be a proactive step toward a more connected and fulfilling relationship.
Whatever challenges you鈥檙e facing, relationship therapy provides a space for reflection, clarity, and growth individually and together. With support, it鈥檚 possible to reconnect, communicate more effectively, and build a relationship that feels meaningful and sustainable for everyone involved.
Practice description
Relationships need space and time
Depending on your lifestyle and circumstances such as work, parenting, caregiving, and the everyday demands of life can leave little time to nurture the relationships that matter most. Over time, unresolved issues can build up, leading to distance, conflict, or even crisis. Without space to reflect and communicate openly, misunderstandings and emotional distance can grow sometimes to a breaking point.
Relationship & Couples therapy offers the time and space to slow down, focus, listen, and speak honestly without the distractions of daily life in a space that鈥檚 grounded in empathy, curiosity and support not judgment.
Areas I work with
Relationship & Couples therapy is a supportive, compassionate, and professional space where you can explore and work through a wide range of challenges, including:
- Communication breakdowns
- Cultural, religious, or intergenerational differences
- Deepening connection and mutual understanding
- Emotional or physical intimacy concerns
- Financial or role based stress
- Experiences of betrayal or breaches of trust
- Life transitions or major decisions
- Navigating separation, endings, or changes in relationship structure
- Parenting, co-parenting, or step-family issues
- Repeating conflicts or emotional disconnection
I work with people in a wide range of relationship styles and structures whether you're dating, in a long-term partnership, living together, separated, or exploring non-traditional or evolving relationship forms.
I work with you to ensure that the sessions are tailored to your unique values, needs, and goals.
