About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist and M麻豆原创 registered professional member with extensive experience supporting children, teenagers and young adults. My therapeutic background draws on person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic and solution-focused approaches, allowing me to adapt my way of working to the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of good work. I aim to create a warm, accepting and non-judgemental space where people feel able to be themselves, explore difficult experiences and make sense of what they are going through.
My work has included supporting young people with anxiety, low mood, social anxiety, identity and self-esteem, relationships, transitions and emotional wellbeing. I also have experience working with neurodivergent young people and in school and college settings.
I have a particular interest in creative and integrative ways of working. Depending on the person and what feels appropriate, I may use therapeutic writing, storytelling, metaphor, art, bibliotherapy and other creative approaches alongside more traditional talking therapies.
Alongside my therapeutic practice, I am currently completing specialist training in clinical supervision. My developing supervision practice is particularly focused on counsellors working with children, teenagers and young adults aged 11鈥30.
I bring the same values to supervision as I do to therapy: curiosity, compassion, collaboration and openness. I believe practitioners need a space where they can think honestly about their work, explore uncertainty and develop their confidence without fear of judgement.
My aim is to provide a thoughtful and reflective space that supports both your clinical practice and your development as a counsellor.
Practice description
Are you a counsellor working with children, teenagers, young adults or young people and looking for a warm, supportive and reflective supervision space?
I offer clinical supervision for counsellors working therapeutically with young people aged 11鈥30. I understand the rewards and challenges of this work, including considerations around parents and carers, schools, safeguarding, confidentiality and other professionals.
I am currently completing specialist training in clinical supervision and am welcoming a small number of supervisees while I develop my supervision practice.
I believe good supervision should be a space where you can bring anything, including sessions that didn't go as planned, clients you find yourself thinking about between sessions, uncertainty or feelings of being stuck.
My approach is collaborative, relational, compassionate and appropriately challenging. I use the 7-Eyed Model to slow down and become curious about the client, your interventions, the therapeutic relationship and your own responses.
I have a particular interest in supporting counsellors working with:
鈥 Children and young people aged 11鈥18
鈥 Teenagers and adolescents
鈥 Young adults aged 18鈥30
鈥 School and college-based counselling
鈥 Anxiety, low mood and social anxiety
鈥 Identity and self-esteem
鈥 Relationships and attachment
鈥 Neurodivergent young people
鈥 Transitions and life changes
鈥 Creative therapeutic work
I also welcome counsellors who use creative and integrative approaches, including therapeutic writing, storytelling, art, metaphor and bibliotherapy.
Supervision can provide space to explore clinical decision-making, therapeutic relationships, boundaries, ethical dilemmas, safeguarding, confidentiality, difficult or stuck work, emotional responses and your developing professional identity.
Above all, I want supervision to be a space where you can be honest, curious and human. My aim is that you leave feeling more grounded, clearer in your thinking and more confident in your practice.
My first session
I offer a free introductory supervision session so that we can meet, talk about your practice and see whether we feel like a good fit.
There is no expectation that you arrive with a perfectly formulated case or know exactly what you want to discuss. We can use the session to talk about your experience, the young people you work with, your therapeutic approach and what you are looking for from supervision.
It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about how I work and to get a sense of whether my approach feels right for you.
If you decide to continue, supervision sessions are currently offered at an introductory rate of 拢45 per session while I complete my clinical supervision training.
I am intentionally keeping my supervision caseload small so that I can offer each supervisee a thoughtful, personalised and consistent experience.
Sessions are available online or by telephone, providing a confidential and flexible supervision space wherever you are based.
You are very welcome to come along to the introductory session without making any commitment to ongoing supervision. My hope is that you leave with a clear sense of how I work and whether I could be the right supervisor for you.

About me and my therapy practice
I鈥檓 an Integrative Psychotherapist working with young people (11+) and adults, with a particular focus on supporting those aged 18鈥30. I offer a warm, down-to-earth, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard.
My approach is flexible and tailored to you. I draw on different therapeutic models and often work creatively, using things like metaphor, gentle exploration, and interventions where helpful. This means we can find ways of working that feel natural and not overwhelming.
I have a strong interest in working with anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias. I understand how intense and consuming these experiences can feel, especially when they start to impact everyday life. Together, we can begin to make sense of what鈥檚 happening, break cycles of anxiety, and build confidence in managing it.
You don鈥檛 need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you鈥檙e feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need a space to offload, I鈥檒l work alongside you at your pace in a way that feels supportive and manageable.
Practice description
I offer online video, telephone, and chat-based (using written messages via Google Meet) sessions in a calm, confidential, and supportive environment. Chat-based sessions can be especially helpful if you find it easier to express yourself in writing or prefer a slower pace. My aim is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, without pressure or judgement.
Sessions are collaborative and led by you. Some clients come with something specific they want to work on, while others aren鈥檛 sure where to begin; both are completely okay. We can explore current challenges, look at patterns in thoughts and behaviours, or gently reflect on past experiences where it feels helpful.
Alongside talking, I offer a creative and flexible approach to therapy. This may include using storytelling, bibliotherapy, exploring different parts of yourself (inspired by Internal Family Systems), as well as therapeutic art or gentle, play-based techniques where appropriate. I'm trained in a range of approaches, including person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, and solution-focused therapy, which I integrate in a way that feels tailored to you. I may also introduce practical tools such as grounding techniques, coping strategies, and psychoeducation to support you in understanding and managing your thoughts and feelings.
I work at your pace, with no expectation to share everything all at once. Therapy is your space, and we will shape it together in a way that feels right for you.
My first session
Your first session is a gentle 鈥済et to know you鈥 space. It鈥檚 an opportunity for you to talk about what鈥檚 brought you to therapy, ask any questions, and get a feel for how I work.
There鈥檚 no pressure to go into detail or share anything you鈥檙e not ready to. You can come exactly as you are. Some people arrive knowing what they want to say, others don鈥檛, and both are completely welcome.
We鈥檒l go at your pace, focusing on helping you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning.
