About me and my therapy practice
Hello I am Rachel Sewrey, I am a qualified counsellor based in Farnham, Surrey. I am a registered Accredited member of the Âé¶¹Ô´´ . As well as having my own private practice Serenity Speaking, I offer clinical supervision based in Farnham, I have volunteered for The Fountain Centre, cancer support at the Royal Surrey County Hospital and Catalyst substance misuse charities. I am currently working with The Police Firearms Officers Association to help police officers who are affected with trauma & registered with Bupa, AXA, Aviva and other Health Insurance companies to allow me to work with clients who have health insurance. I offer a secure, confidential environment so that you can feel safe to explore whatever may be troubling you. I am an integrative and EMDR Trauma focused therapist. This means I am able to tailor the therapy to suit your individual needs.
I believe that understanding, compassion and a non judgemental approach are important values in life, always using these values in my practice. I will work collaboratively with you, at your pace.
I specialise in working with anxiety, trauma and depression and I have been able to help clients gain emotional and physical well being.

My first session
I offer an initial telephone consultation for free where we can discuss your needs for supervision and for you to get a feel of how I work. Once you are happy to proceed with working with me we will arrange a suitable day and time to begin working together.
