Finding the Right Fit

Whether you are a trainee or an experienced practitioner, I offer a free initial chat to see if we feel like a good match.

I believe that supervision should be a place where you feel held, encouraged, and understood.

My background working across all age groups allows me to offer a broad, grounded perspective to practitioners from any modality.

A Personal Connection: Please take a look around my website to get a feel for my style.

Quick Response: If you’d like to chat about how we might work together, please get in touch. I respond to all messages within 24 hours, as I know how important it is to have your support in place.

My first session

In our first session, I’d like for us to simply take some time to get to know one another and talk about what you’re hoping to get out of our time together.

I truly believe that the connection between a supervisor and supervisee is the heartbeat of good practice. That’s why I’ll put my energy into making sure our relationship is a space where you feel supported, heard, and able to truly flourish.

Best wishes,

Colin

About me and my therapy practice

Compassionate Support for Adults and Young People

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself? Taking the first step toward therapy can be daunting, but it is often the start of feeling a whole lot lighter.

I support adults and young people (11–18) through life’s difficult moments, from the pressures of school (S1–S6) to the challenges of adult life.

How I Work With You

A Relaxed Space: No clinical jargon—just a kind, genuine conversation where you can be yourself.

Practical and Grounded: I offer compassionate support that works in the real world, drawn from my experience in schools and industry.

At Your Pace: We focus on building trust first. I will never rush you into sharing before you feel ready.

Why Choose Me?

With years of experience in both secondary schools and industry, I have a deep understanding of the stresses we face at different stages of life.

Whether it’s exam stress and identity for a teenager, or career burnout and life challenges for an adult, I provide a space where you will be truly heard.

My goal is to help you navigate your current challenges with more confidence, warmth, and ease.
