About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome. I am a Â鶹Դ´ Registered Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with over 16 years of experience supporting clients. I am based in Sheffield for in person appointments and online and over the telephone across the UK.
When you are feeling depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed, just getting through the day can feel difficult. Coping with emotional problems can be hard, but you don't have to do it alone. I have a range of counselling services to suit everybody.
I offer appointments to individuals, couples, families and groups.
I am a psychodynamically and integratively trained counsellor and psychotherapist which means that we can work together to build a tool kit of strategies and skills to help you day-to-day whilst exploring the root cause of your difficulties.
Counselling looks different for each person. No two counselling relationships are the same. My flexible and inclusive approach helps me to tailor our sessions to fully meet your requirements.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Â鶹Դ´) and adhere to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I receive regular professional supervision and participate in frequent Continued Professional Development to ensure that I provide the highest level of service. I am fully insured, hold an enhanced DBS certificate and I am fully up-to-date with safeguarding training.
