Supervision is one of the most important aspects of therapy practice. I have 18ys years experience as a psychotherapist and 9 years experience in Clinical supervision.

I have supported around 70 individuals with supervision through a placement to gaining accreditation status.  

I will help support your growth as a trainee or qualified counsellor, and help you manage and understand ethical stance of therapy.  Together we will manage the health wellbeing and safeguard for both you and your client. I will challenge you to be your best self and grow with your confidence as an individual.

I specialise in anxiety/low mood, childhood/adult trauma and interpersonal relationships.
