I鈥檓 a fully qualified and highly experienced counsellor and psychotherapist and a registered member of 麻豆原创. I've trained and worked principally with Relate  and have also studied with the Institute of Family Therapy and with Tavistock Relationships.鈥�

I am Finland based, UK trained 麻豆原创 registered therapist and also a psychologist (University of Eastern Finland, Finland). I have also trained to be an EMDR thrapist and trauma sensitive yoga teacher and a Coach (AC accredited). My way of working is 鈥�

I am a person-centred therapist - I offer a 50-minute session. I do my best to follow your direction, whilst honouring my values and boundaries as a professional. I strive to empathise with your experiences, accept you as you are, without judgement a鈥�
