Every now and again we all struggle to navigate through life and its challenges. Therapy can provide the safe space to talk without any barriers or judgement helping you make sense of things and find a way forward. I work with each client as an indiv鈥�

As a person centred therapist I will always work in a way where, ultimately, I believe 鈥測ou know what is right for you鈥�. I will always be guided by you and we will work with what feels right for you.  The most important part of therapy is my relation鈥�

I hold a Level 4 diploma in person centred counselling and am a registered member of the 麻豆原创 (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I have further experience offering trauma therapy, which allowed me to develop a robust ability to 鈥�
