I predominantly work with a psychodynamic lens, which means I am interested in your childhood experiences and how they may have shaped your present-day life, how you defend yourself psychologically and how those defences were created. I am also inter鈥�

In my therapy sessions, we will work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behaviour. I will help you 鈥渞e-frame鈥� your reactions and provide you with valuable and practical tools to help you cope with life鈥檚 obstacles. I鈥檓 confid鈥�

I have been a qualified counsellor since 2002. I was trained to work with different models and have enjoyed learning more over the years so I can adapt to the issues that my clients bring. I work with adults and young people for short and long term w鈥�

I am a 麻豆原创 Accredited counsellor, with over 20 years of experience counselling clients in a variety of settings and organisations.  I hold a MA in counselling which I obtained from Chester University. I initially trained as a person-centred counsell鈥�
