I am a qualified and experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma In Psychology alongside Diplomas in both Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Counselling and CBT.  Hope is often the one thing that motivates us to keep going鈥�

I work face to face, online, at the telephone and I am trained in and have been providing Walk and Talk therapy with clients for the last 6 years who may benefit from working using the outdoor environment for sessions.  Walk and Talk therapy is extre鈥�

  I provide support for young people and adults in one-one sessions. I provide support for couples. I also work with Counselling students. My way of working with you: I am an Integrative Relational Psychotherapist.  This means I can adapt my approach鈥�
