I work from an Integrative approach, underpinned by theories such as Cognitive Behavioural, Person Centred and Psychodynamic theories, as well as an Interpersonal therapeutic approach.  I can also offer structured therapy solely in CBT and Interperso鈥�

My 25 years as a qualified counsellor have taught me many things but perhaps the most important is that there is no such thing as a 鈥渙ne size fits all鈥� way of working. You are different, your needs and expectations will be different... so we will fin鈥�

I am an experienced Accredited 麻豆原创 Therapist. Since qualifying in 2014 I鈥檝e led a school counselling service for 9 years alongside a small private practice working with adults and young people. I鈥檝e worked therapeutically with the arts since 2010. I鈥�

I work relationally in a person-centred way. I believe that you are your own expert. Together we can explore and process experiences, feelings and thoughts that may have been causing you distress in a warm, safe, confidential, non-judgmental space.  鈥�

About Me As a qualified Humanistic psychotherapeutic counsellor, I offer therapy for adults in Twickenham and the surrounding areas. My training is in Gestalt, Person-Centred, and Transactional Analysis, which gives me a range of approaches to work w鈥�
