Hello and welcome. I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor supporting adults and couples.  My role  is to walk alongside you, seeing your world as you see it, creating a space where you feel accepted, valued and understood with care and compass鈥�

After working in the City for 25 years I retrained as an Integrative Therapist. This means that the work we do together is bespoke and tailored specifically for you, utilising a range of therapeutic approaches. Whatever you are bringing into therapy 鈥�

When things are difficult or overwhelming it can be useful to get emotional support and talk to someone to understand ourselves and our situations better.  We may need another person to help us make sense of our experiences so we can move through the鈥�

I was inspired to start my business by my passion for my work. There are those who find the thought of Therapy difficult - I acknowledge this and work with it, and understand that there are stigmas and misconceptions around Counselling. I approach th鈥�
