I have been working as a Counsellor for over 20 years both in the public and private sector.  I trained as a Person-Centred therapist in 1996  and joined an Agency working with substance misuse issues in Primary care.  I have been committed to my pro鈥�

 I offer a calm, grounded space to slow down, explore what鈥檚 happening beneath the surface, and begin to heal. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, drawing from parts work, inner child exploration, somatic awareness, and creative therapy. I鈥�
