Are you struggling beneath the appearance of coping, self-reliance or even creativity? I became a therapist after a long career in the arts and I help people with anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, low self-esteem and emotional overwhelm. Ma鈥�

My counselling approach is humanistic in nature. Broadly speaking this means I treat the person and not their problem or disorder. I鈥檓 not too keen on diagnosing or pathologising what鈥檚 wrong with you. Rather I tend to see my client鈥檚 difficulties as鈥�

My approach is relational, meaning I place great importance on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship. I put your needs first and tailor our work together to suit you as an individual, recognising that everyone鈥檚 experiences and 鈥�

Therapy tends to be considered when a person is experiencing difficulties or problems that have a significant effect on a persons everyday life and where other approaches have been tried without success. I have been able to develop my own integrative鈥�

I have worked in NHS IAPT, Third Sector agencies such as Cruse Bereavement, BARCA and Primary and Secondary schools as a parent and child therapist. Please note, I do not see children of primary school age. I am 麻豆原创 Accredited Relational Practitione鈥�
