My name is Gemma and I am an Integrative Counsellor. Meaning I work with my clients on an individual basis. The core of my work is person-centred, I then introduce and incorporate aspects of CBT, Gestalt and Psychodynamic theory to suit the client an鈥�

I am an experienced counsellor with a wide range of skills. I am person centred trained however am also qualified an as EMDR therapist. EMDR is eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing and is especially effective with trauma and PTSD. I work wit鈥�

Being genuinely seen and heard can be life-changing. I offer a warm, grounded, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and explore what鈥檚 been difficult. My practice is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and rooted in compassion. I pr鈥�
