I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, with 20 years of experience of working within the NHS, as a nurse, midwife and health visitor. I have cared and supported individuals who have struggled with anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement鈥�

I bring over 10 years' experience working with adults facing personal challenges in education and community settings. I specialise in supporting people experiencing difficult or unwanted thoughts, challenging narratives, and difficult emotions in the鈥�
