After working in Finance and Business, I made the decision several years ago to retrain as a counsellor. I currently have a private practice in Pulborough and also work as Clinical Director for a community interest counselling group. Everyone, at som鈥�

I work with adults who appear highly functional on the outside but feel emotionally exhausted, internally fragmented, or disconnected from themselves underneath. Many of the people I work with are intelligent, capable, and deeply adaptive. They may b鈥�

Since 2022, I鈥檝e worked primarily in the voluntary sector, supporting unpaid carers, alongside many years of experience working with autistic children, adults, and their families. This work has shaped how I practice, with sensitivity to trauma, nervo鈥�
