I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation where we discuss how we want to work together which includes if that is in-person, telephone or online. I use zoom for online sessions. Sessions are usually weekly at the same time and day for 50minutes鈥�

As an integrative counsellor, I combine several modalities such as CBT, Person-centred, Gestalt and Psychodynamic therapy, just to name a few, as my approach is tailored to suit you. I work short-term and long-term, with each session lasting for 50 m鈥�
