I offer counselling focussed on understanding you and the changes that are a good fit for your life.  It is access to support during times of heightened feelings such as confusion, anxiety, stress and anger or troubling lows linked to depression, gri鈥�

  I offer weekly sessions online or in person, but you may prefer my exclusive 7 night residential retreat at Den by the Stream - this incorporates one cabin, 1 to 1 therapy and nature, a fully immersive therapy experience. Getting away from the dist鈥�

I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor and am also qualified to practice yoga therapy and life coaching. I created my counselling company, Inis Ink Counselling, to be able to work with people to make their lives better.When you feel stuck鈥�

I describe myself as a Pluralistic Counsellor which means that I allow my clients to choose which model of counselling they feel would be more preferable to them.  My clients can choose how often they would like to have sessions. Some may prefer to h鈥�
