Formally speaking my approach would be described as existential, integrative and person centred. In practice that means that my focus is on my client and their unique life experience, while also being aware of the struggles that are common to us all.鈥�

I offer counselling sessions outdoors, either walking or sitting in the various parks in the Kingston/ Richmond area, or along the riverside. I believe in the transformative, healing power of Nature, and also of the importance of awareness of ourselv鈥�
