I am an integrative, humanistic counsellor, meaning that I work with a number of theories to make your experience more personal and tailor-made. I know from my own personal and professional experience that counselling can seem daunting at first. Yet 鈥�

I am based in Perthshire, the heart of Scotland where I practice as a counsellor and supervisor. I offer face-to-face and telephone sessions. I describe my therapeutic approach as Relational and Integrative, incorporating creative and body process as鈥�
