I have been working with clients face to face and online; if you feel confused or uncertain or generally not able to process things as you once did therapy will enable you to explore these feelings and help to reduce anxiety/depression.

First of all, I believe therapy is useful for anyone. What is commonly labelled as 鈥渕ental health鈥�, I would call 鈥渜uality of life鈥� - something we all struggle to manage.  I personally have struggled with stress, anxiety and burnout throughout my life鈥�

Open minded & down to earth - Our sessions together are a place where you can hopefully be yourself, talk, cry, laugh, swear & vent about whatever is on your mind. Sessions are £60 each or £150 for 3 - VIDEO or TELEPHONE, weekly or fortnightly. Whate鈥�
