I am primarily a person centred counsellor which means I will offer you with a safe spsce to explore your thoughts and feelings. I will listen without judgment. I will support you throughout your journey, working with you to find a resolution to your鈥�

I offer open-ended, short, or long-term therapy depending on what your needs are. I work online via Google Meet. I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation, and if you decide to go ahead, we will see each other weekly for a 50-minute session. 90鈥�
