Hi I'm Stephen, I aim to provide a safe, empathic and non-judgemental counselling space where you can feel free to discuss whatever is troubling you. Counselling offers the opportunity to be heard, and it can also help us to see our life from a diffe鈥�

Extensive counselling experience including meridian energy work, relaxation techniques and positive thinking techniques including Life Coaching. I also offer clinical supervision.  All sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
