My practice is rooted in Gestalt, which is a person-centred therapy that focuses on personal growth and the present moment. We will pay close attention to what鈥檚 happening for you and between us in the session 鈥� such as your thoughts, feelings, and s鈥�

I am an experienced counsellor working with adults and young people aged 16+ experiencing low mood, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, or who are late-diagnosed or suspect they are neurodivergent. Our work will be engaging and collaborative with mo鈥�
