I offer one to one counselling tailored to your individuality. I offer a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space where you can express your real emotions which may be hard to share with your family and friends. I will work with you to support you, 鈥�

I have extensive experience in working with both Individuals and couples, both short and long term.I am also CBT qualified. My areas of expertise are stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and bereavement. I also work with couples.

I see clients once or twice per week. I am an experienced psychotherapist and supervisor having worked for many years in the field.  My approach is broad based and I now describe it as Integrative Transpersonal.  I am a trainer at Re-Vision, centre f鈥�
