I鈥檓 Rhys, a Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist, and I specialise in working at the intersections of trauma, adverse childhood experiences (ACE), and neurodivergence including ADHD. It鈥檚 not uncommon for us to learn ways to survive difficult experiences 鈥�
